Operating and maintaining the replica of the Ship Hector (the ship that brought Scottish settlers to Nova Scotia in 1773). Operating and maintaining the Interpretative Centre that displays the story of the Ship and settlers. Promoting the Centre and Ship both as an educational experience for area schools and as a tourism attraction.
