Initiatives for Just Communities (IJC) operates a number of Programs: Circle of Support and Accountability (CoSA), is a program that pulls tobether small roups of community volunteers into Circles to support people coming out of Correctional institutions who are at high risk to re-offend. Open Circle is a Prison Visitation Program that connects community volunteers with people who are inside local Correctional Institutions. Stride Program is an initiative of Open Circle which brings in a small group of volunteers into the Women's Correctional Centre to do group activities and build relationships with incarcerated women on a weekly basis. The Touchstone FASD Program provides outreach and residential support to adults who live with Fetal Alcohol spectrum Disorder (FASD). El''dad Ranch is a residential day and outreach program for men and women with intelllectural disabilities, some to whom have come in conflict with the law.
