We design and deliver programs that can help treat depression through physical activity and awareness. To save one life at a time, we help youth to feel unbreakable. CameronHelps works to build awareness of the issues surrounding youth mental health and suicide in order to help recognize warning signs and to help reduce the stigma associated with suicide and mental illness. We partner with experts and grass roots community organizations to help them deliver our programs that build self-esteem and treat those in need. We work with schools and organizations to deliver a positive message of health and hope. Our core physical activity program is our branded Team Unbreakable running program. Our direct volunteers over the last year would have numbered approximately 100. This does not count the volunteers delivering our programs in schools or via other forms of community partners.
