To establish and maintain a fund or funds and to apply from time to time all or part thereof and income therefrom for the following charitable or educational purposes, namely, the development and support of the operation of the private music school component of St. Michael's Choir School including bursaries for the music education of students and the purchase and maintenance of musical instruments.
