Performance: 811 audience and 36 artists participated 16 public presentations of Tinkers, a wilderness world premiere of the adaptation of the Pulitzer- Prize winning novel. Site in an old-growth forest on the Sunshine Coast, the piece combined professional designers, crafts people, builders, and actors, and a chorus of community performers and children. Education: 77 artists (7 groups) created original 'stories of Risk' for an Augmented Reality Theatre live event. 186 audience participated over 34 performances at the Vancouver Fringe Festival. The artists came from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience: for most this was their first try at creating short films, and the overall form of AR Theatre was new for all. The project premiered and won the Artistic Risk Award at the 2015 Vancouver Fringe in the 1516 season.
