Canadian Chapter of the National Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation did not use any of its resources to carry out its charitable activities because it needed sometime to research possible research partners outside the US NNPDF. The board wanted to make that we are maximizing our research funding. Funding of research will resume in 2017 with research partners the board selects. We do not expect to there to be a need to pause research fund again in the future.
