Pursuant to its corporate objective of advancing educational programs furthering the study of the history, art and architecture of the Certosa di San Giacomo (the "Certosa"), a 14th century monastery in Capri, Italy, the Chairman of the charity initiated conversations with member organizations of the Canadian Museums Association with a view to developing joint initiatives between Canada and Italy focusing on education and conversation. A number of projects are currently under active consideration.
