The object of the Varsity Grads Foundation is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to transfer from time to time all or part thereof or the income therefrom to the Governing Council of the University of Toronto(a registered charity)at Toronto,Ontario for the purpose of promoting, encouraging and co-ordinating athletic activities amongst the students of the said University of Toronto, as part of the educational and physical development of students.
