The purpose of the Foundation is to distribute funds and property, in the form of grants or otherwise, to such organizations as are qualified donees as defined by the Income Tax Act(Canada); to receive gifts, bequests, funds and property from all sources, and to hold, invest, administer and distribute such funds and property for the purpose of the Foundation; and to do all such other things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the Foundation.
