To accompany offenders from incarceration to successful reintegration in the community, by facilitating the emotional, spiritual and practical support systems during the early stages of their integration. To assist former inmakes of correctional facilities and their families to find appropriate and supportive faith communities. To assist those who are at risk of engaging in criminal activity in finding constructive support.
