The objective of the Foundation is to increase philanthropy through the inroduction and management of donor advised funds.Donor advised funds are restricted funds managed by the Foundation that give certain advisory rights todonors. The Foundation offers three types of donor advised programs: *The Conduit Option is appropriate for donations which are to be disbursed in the short term(typically within one year); *The Disbursement Over Years Option is appropriate for obtaining a tax deduction for donations in one year but paying charitable commitments of pledges in subsequent years;and *The Endowment Option is appropriate for donors that want to build a fund and anticipate distributing portfolio growth over time.
