Through the efforts of its volunteers and in conjunction with the support of its members, corporate sponsors, as well as corporate and municipal grants, TORCA has continued its efforts of planning, designing, constructing and maintaining trails in the Tri-Cities Area. In support of those programs, TORCA continues meeting with landowners and stakeholders including the Village of Anmore, City of Port Moody, City of Coquitlam, Parks BC, Recreation Sites and Trails of BC, Local First Nations, Wesbild Holdings Ltd., to name a few, as well as other local user groups.
