The charity is primarily engaged in providing grants in order to help students and young adults with the opportunity to participate in the educational expeditions to the Antarctic and Arctic. The charity also works with educational, scientific and governmental organizations to advance high school and post secondary education programs, and to increase general awareness and understanding of the polar regions.
