Services Provided by Ledcor Charitable Foundation
(a) To fund, facilitate, promote and carry out activities and programs which are beneficial to the communities in which the Ledcor Group of Companies carries on its business operations within North America, in a way that the law regards as charitable; (b) To receive gifts, funds and property for the Foundation, for other organizations as are "qualified donees" under the provisions of the Income Tax Act (Canada); and (c) Ancillary activities to (a) & (b).
