TNBT is a national charitable organization that empowers youth with the tools and skills they need to succeed as entrepreneurs. The charitable organization has two main programs throughout the year. The first program, The Fellowship Program, is an accelerated 8 month program that sets a curriculum for youths in between the ages of 18-25 years old. The Program aims to help young enterpreneurs succeed in their business by setting them up with coaches and introducing them to different networking opportunities and mentors to help improve their chances of success. The second program is called 'Bright Ideas' and is geared towards youths under the age of 18. The 1-5 day program helps youth utilize their ideas and help develop their business acumen and ideas. Through these programs, the company connects young Canadians with a highly influential professional network, practical business and technical skills, and each other. They provide young individuals the 21st Century skill set they need to succeed in the Canadian and global economies, through our unique learning opportunities that address real, identified issues holding youth back from succeeding in today's noisy business marketplace.
