DANI’s social enterprises provide meaningful employment and skill development opportunities while generating revenue to sustain our programs. These initiatives include a café, catering services, and a gift shop, each designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities through hands-on experience in real-world settings.

Our residential services offer a home-like environment where individuals can thrive with the right supports in place. By fostering independence and community living, we ensure that adults with disabilities have access to inclusive, purpose-built housing that respects their needs and aspirations.

The Sunday program extends our commitment to inclusion by providing a vibrant space for engagement, learning, and socialization. This initiative encourages ongoing personal growth, community connection, and recreational enjoyment in a structured, supportive setting.

Through our vocational programs, including WorkWise and the Skills Training & Employment Program (STEP), we equip individuals with the tools and training needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment. Our approach extends beyond job placement to ongoing mentorship, workplace integration, and skill-building, ensuring long-term success in the workforce.
