To promote the efficiency and effectiveness of other registered charities by providing project management, scientific oversight, peer review, project support, and grant administration services to registered charities involved in conducting new and innovative research in cures, prevention and the treatment of cancer. 3. To advance education by developing and operating programs, conferences, seminars, and workshops designed to train students and scientists and advance their understanding of cancer etiology, prevention, diagnosis and treatment. 4. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom to charitable organizations.
