1. To advance education by providing scholarships, bursaries, awards and other forms of financial assistance to students of the University of Guelph who are also members of the Guelph Gryphons Varsity Football Team or other varsity teams; 2. To advance education by providing funds from time to time to the university of Guelph for use in its Football Program; and 3. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply and expend from time to time all or part of the principal and the income therefrom for the attainment and the carrying out of the above purposes.
