The Trust was continued to accept contributions to a scholarship endowment fund. The income is used to make scholarships and grants available to student residents in Nova Scotia. The trustees will not carry our charitable activities but will make gifts to Community Colleges and Universities in Nova Scotia that are qualified Donees to fulfill the Trustee's charitable purpose and meets its disbursement quota for scholarships that are multiyear in nature. The trust works in Tandem with the Nova Scotia provincial government in choosing qualified recipients from a larger group of applicants.
