The charitable purpose of the Foundation is to receive or maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to Roman Catholic charities registered under the Income Tax Act (Canada). The Foundation will not be involved in any direct charitable activities beyond the distribution of funds to Roman Catholic registered charities.
