We provide housing with care for 10 individuals living with HIV/AIDS (the housing provided was encompassed in one large home). We provide meals and 24 hour staffing to further help with any physical assistance, supervision and other supports a resident may need. We provide transportation for residents who require it or arranged for appropriate transportation for them. We advocate with other health and care organizations to set up home care, community nursing or home doctors when a resident becomes pallative. We provide support to residents who were able to transition back to independent living. This sometimes includes furniture, household supplies or groceries.
