We are the only charity in C-K focused on diabetes. CDA closed its Chatham office in November 2012. We are partnering with CDA Windsor to bring special events to Chatham. In 2017, we will do a diabetes expo to educate and motivate. Our goal is to bring CDA back to C-K for many special events-to improve the quality of life of people in C-K living with diabetes.
