Services Provided by Salt Spring Island Search And Rescue Society

Our mission is to perform ground search and rescue activities on Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands through mutual aid to other SAR groups. We have also continued our extensive training in radio, tracking, first aid and high angle rope rescue. We continue to recruit new members.
