Kingsway College is a boarding highschool owned and operated by the Seventh-day adventist church in Canada. Its primary purpose is to provide quality Christian education that encourages personal spiritual commitment and fosters academic excellance, physical fitness, sensitive service, and growth in social and employment skills. To carry out its primary purpose the school undertakes among others the student work program. Kingsway College offers its students opportunities to help pay some of their own school expenses through work at College Woodwork, a division of the school engaged in the manufacture of furniture. Note: The Kingsway College Board vote to discontinue college woodwork in June.
