We hold worship services weekly. We give pastoral care to those in need. We provide ongoing ministries for women, men, youth and chi;ldren on a weekly basis throughtout the year. We donate funds to the United Church of Canada to support national and international missionary activities. We actively support a local food bank with food and money. We actively participate in an support a weekly neighbourhood lunch for street persons and seniors in the area. We actively support and participate in local Out of the Cold program to provide supper, breakfast and a safe place to sleep for street persons during the winter. We provide free meeting space to Brownies and Girl Guides in our area. We are active members of a refugee group which works assisting 'convention refugee' families and individuals that come to Canada at the discretion of the Canadian Government. We provide support to help these refugees integrate into Canadian society. In some instances we support these familieas and individuals financially until they are able to support themselves.
