Services Provided by The Bridge Hospice
The Bridge Hospice operates a three bed residential hospice, a life-affirming alternative to hospital or home. Care and support that gives dignity and meaning to living throughout the dying process is provided to the individual and their family and friends. The hospice operates with two paid staff and a team of volunteers. The residents are supported by their own family physician, as well as visiting nurses and PSW's provided by a CCAC contracted provider.
