The purposes of the Foundation are: (a) To relieve poverty advance education by providing bursaries to youth who are homeless, disadvantaged, dysfunctional or otherwise withount family or community support and in financial need who are completing studies at a Canadian college, Canadian university or in a formaltraining program in Canada; (b) To gift funds to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act(Canada), including, but not limited to, Turning Point Youth Services; and (c) To receive, maintain, use apply, give, devote or distribute from time to time all or part of the fund or funds of the Corporation and the income therefrom for the purpose of attaining the above charitable objects of the Corporation.
