Effective 2013, the Foundation applied for and was granted permission from Canada Revenue Agency to add an additional purpose. This purpose was incorporated into the Foundations "stated purpose" via a special resolution passed on December 5, 2012. The resolution is "RESOLVED The stated purpose of the Foundation is to be amended to add this new purpose - "To construct and operate a pediatric dental facility in Vancouver, BC to serve underprivileged children who otherwise would not have access to dental treatments that require access to general anesthetic services". In 2015 we started to build the pediatric dental facilities. To date a total of $430,623 has been expended and it has been capitalized as a long term asset. No amortization has been deducted as the facility is not complete and operational.
