Public drop-in services for the community available 5 days a week include showers, towels and toiletries, emergency clothing, free phone and faxing, mail service and assistance with filing income taxes. Meals, coffee and tea are available to the community Monday to Friday (breakfast/lunch) plus Friday night dinner. Program support workers provide planning and assistance to community members. Sleeping areas (20 beds for women/40 beds for men) available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Case planners assist shelter residents in the transition to longer-term housing. Paralegal advocates assist with matters such as income support programs, tenancy issues, government applications and disability claims. A cart and storage facility safely storesthe personal possessions of those living in shelters or on the streets. A thrift store offers clean clothing at affordable prices. Spiritual Focus is held Monday to Friday in the morning and Spirit Circle gathers on Wednesday evenings.
