Pursuant to its original objects, the Foundation receives donations raised in connection with its major fundraiser (a yearly gala held on the second Sunday in June entitled Taste of the Town) and from other sources and disburses donations to qualified donees. Tax receipts are issued for a portion of the ticket price. Pursuant to its supplementary letters patent, the Foundation receives donations and uses the funds to conduct the Back to School Project in the Philippines through its agent located there, Balik Aral.
