KARE Victim Services is a police based agency consisting of highly skilled individuals who work in partnership with the RCMP KARE Unit to help reduce the traumatic effect of violent crime. We provide ongoing support, information and referrals to families and loved ones of murdered and mission persons. Also provide support to other Victim Services Units that are not equipped to deal with serious crime matters.
