The goal of the Peterborough New Horizons Bands is to enable people of retirement age to enhance their lives through learning how to play a musical instrument. The opportunity provides seniors with the benefits of ongoing learning, community outreach through performances, social interaction and improved health. Programs provide weekly rehearsals, various workshops, ensembles and performances throughout the year.
