ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF PURPOSE: a) Erecting and maintaining a monument in honour of fallen peace officers on or near the grounds of the Manitoba Legislative Building; b) Adding name plates to the monument each year for fallen peace officers that have died in the line of duty that year; c) Providing financial support to family members of fallen peace officers by way of: 1. Subsidizing costs of those family members attending memorial ceremonies; and 2. Setting up scholarship funds in memory of fallen peace officers.
