As a part of the financial strategy for Tikkun Olam of Canada in minimizing administration costs, no remuneration budget has been set aside for the ongoing management of the organization and all work must be performed on a volunteer basis. Management had not yet been able to transition away from external paid professional work and into this strictly unpaid role as of 12/31/16. However, for the 2017 year management expects to launch its first programs(as of the date of writing, launch is expected to occur by August 2017).
