To provide, administer and maintain a community heritage centre for the general public in the communities of Dutton-Dunwich, Newbury, Southwest Middlesex, and West Elgin. To educate amd enhance the public's understanding and appreciation of the art and history of the local community through workshops, educational tours, art events, photographic exhibits, lectures, seminars and courses. To provide instructional classes in local heritage cooking and in digital photography for the benefit of the general public.
