The 828 Hurricane Air Cadet Program is open to all youth, ages 12-18. The squadron meets weekly for training in flying subjects, citizenship, leadership, drill and physical fitness. They meet on weekends for training, familiarization and skill and sports competitions. The cadets actively participate in our community, volunteering with Annual Legion Poppy Campaign, pancake breakfasts, providing honour guards, and marching in parades for the commemoration of the Battle of Britain, Remembrance Days and Ladner May Days.
