DESTA runs its programs and services through three mains pillars of activity: CONTINUED LEARNING offers distance education programs for youth wishing to complete their high-school education; individualized study plans and 1-on-1 tutoring services; collective learning opportunities through workshops and relevant ourings; DESTA Education Subsidy offers financial assistance for students to help defray tuition costs. HEALTH AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT offers leadership training through workshops, civic participation and advocacy; individual support services; promotes healthy lifestyle through physical activities. EMPLOYABILITY provides pre-employability assistance, training, and entrepreneurial support; link participants to employment opportunities; provide heathly snacks and meals for our various programs and services by providing a total of 1786 volunteer hours.
