Reconciliation Dialogue Workshops and Speaking Engagements - dialogues are intended to promote reconciliation between indigenous peoples and all Canadians - 70% Reconciliation Leadership Learning Experience - the program brings together community and organizational leaders to build meaningful partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration and creates a safe space for participants to engage in dialogue, share personal stories, discuss visions for a better future, and to develop Reconciliation Action Plans - 10% Economics Reconciliation Dialogue workshops - the program aims to revitalize relationships, increase understanding of shared histories, explore the meaning of reconciliation, develop plans in line with community values, strengthen local institutions and develop entrepreneurial capacity - 20%
