The Shelter Program provides emergency shelter to men aged 16 and above who are currently homeless. Transitional Housing supports individuals on a rent-geared-to-income (RGI) basis beginning with the transition toward greater inderpendent living. Permanent RGI housing is provided for individuals with suppport ranging from 24/7 to complete independence. Community Residential Facility provides supports to male offenders after they have served theirtime in incarceration.In partnership with Correctional Services Canada, Cornerstone provides these individuals with 24-hour supervision as well as counseling.Our community services programs provide a central hub to assist homeless men and women and those at risk of homelessness with a wide variety of helath and personal supports. This service also provides space for the community outreach and support program staff as well as a base for the Community Kitchen program which provides food services and catering skills training to residents.
