SPRC CORE: bereavement & postvention services;promoting awareness& access to services;Information services (website,getting help directories, etc.) community capacity building through coordination & collaboration on suicide related serviced. BREAKFAST CLUB: workshops & retreats for 9 to17 yr old with issues of coping, depression, stress. MEN AT RISK: for men in trades/industry/agriculture to educate them on stress management, depression, coping & getting help. MEN'S SUPPORT GROUP; for men who have loss (divorce, separation, financial, employment, death); CONNECT; connecting people with knowledge & tools to save lives including educational presentations on depression, how to help a friend, bullying & workshops on suicide prevention, self mutilation, ASSIST: COMMUNITY HELPERS; providing information & training to natural helpers in their community SUICIDE LOSS SUPPORT GROUPS; providing support for persons who have lost someone through suicide
