As part of advancing education to children of sex slaves from red light area of Sonagachi and those living in the Safe House and those rescued from the red light area, volunteers from Canada have been traveling to Dehradun (North India) and helping in testing of English and Math assessment from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Peel School District teachers have volunteered in Mississauga, Canada to help develop lesson plans and worksheets in both Englishand Math.
