Services Provided by Hope Restored International
1. Tutoring centers in Coimbatore, Chennai and Jaipur India. Two locations in each city. both Coimbatore and Jaipur have a volunteer director working directly for Hope Restored. In Chennai, we partner with an organization named Tamburan Community Social Center who also has an onsite director. Each director spends a minimum of 1-2 hours per day, 5 days per week on these projects. There are between 30-40 children in each center, totaling between 180-240 children who are being tutored daily. 2. Formal school project in Betul, India. The school registration is currently 60 children. As of June this year, the school will include children from the very smallest in what we consider pre-school to including children in Grade 2. 3. We supplied shoes and socks for slum children in Mazatlan, MX to help fulfill the school system's clothing requirement. The collected shoes and socks were shipped to Mexico with a volunteer director with no charge for his time or travel.
