Sing For Your Life facilitates three singing groups (Silver Song Groups) in the Okanagan. The purpose is to pursue identified and measurable wellness outcomes for participants who range in age from 65-86 who have different levels of cognitive functions. Musicians trained in delivering targeted programs lead these groups along with support from volunteers.
