Holy Trinity has initiated the formation of a community group to sponsor a refugee family-the community group name is Elliot Lake Organization for Refugee Action(ELORA). Holy Trinity United Church as the sponsorship group,in association with the United Church of Canada,have worked together through 2016 and have successfully welcomed a family from Iraq who are now settled in Elliot Lake.
