Theatre by the River's focus is on producing works of theatre which fulfill its vision of being artistically provocative, socially significant and financially accessible to all audiences. In 2016, there were two full theatrical productions (Peter Fechter: 59 Minutes and Constellations) and one workshop production (Our Sister Duchess). Theatre by River also produces Wine & Words, an annual celebration of not-yet-published pieces of writing from established and emerging writers from coast to coast.
