Business Plan Project: In 2016, we completed a business plan for the initial three years of operation of the Okanagan Summer Festival. Funding was provided by VanCity Foundation through Enterprising Non-Profits. Site Identification Project: We commenced discussions with a number of landholders with regard to securing a new site to replace the Kalamalka Bowl.
