The purposes of the foundation are: a) to fund, facilitate, promote and carry out activities and programs which are beneficial to the community as a whole in a way the law regards as charitable; b) to receive gifts, bequests, funds and proprety, and to hold, invest, administer and distribute funds and property for the purposes of the foundation. The Project Change Foundation is a catalyst for creating positive change in the world. Every year the Foundation invests time and money in those endeavouring to make the world a better place by creating positive and measurable social or environmental change. The Foundation focuses on supporting emerging Canadian organizations who share its values: think big, connect with community, engage and inspire, make a difference, and respect the planet.
