To advance education by establishing and operating a public facility that provides classes, workshops, instructional seminars, and experiential and discovery-based learning through interactive exhibits about the 1000 Islands region of the St. Lawrence River, and providing tall ship sail training. The Aquatarium has over 75 volunteers who work with Aquatarium employees to provide a learning experience to all visitors of the Aquatarium.
