The directive of Women Together is to create a global community of Christian women who live to glorify God, serve others and mutually learn from each other. By channelling the vast resources found in professional Canadian women to the needs of women in developing countries, we will build them up to be more effective leaders in their communities. The programs utilized to achieve this goal are; online webinars, Mentoring Pods which are small group leadship online training sessions and bimonthly leadership communique, "the Leader's Mentor"; a scholarship program for women pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
