The Foundation donates to qualified donees that meet the Foundation's objectives by providing support, relief and financial assistance to members of the military and their families. The Foundation provides assistance to veterans and their families by providing resources for legal, physical rehabilitation and other needs. The Foundation provides Educational Tours (VIMY, Normandy, Sicily) to Canadians including civilians, veterans, and military families to increase the understanding of and support for the sacrifices made by our military both in the past and present. The Foundation holds a multinational symposium to colloborate on best practices for addressing the challenges facing the modern military family. The Foundation leads expedition pairing business leaders with ill and injured soldiers to provide mentorship and assist them in their transition back to the civilian world and to inspire other injured veterans in their journey of recovery. The Foundation supports the participation of the Canadian team at the Invictus Games which is an international sporting competition and supports the 2017 Invictus Games which will take place in Canada in 2017.
